Too often, those around us believed their own story was insignificant — and, in turn, that they were too. They didn’t think their story would even “sound right,” so they never tried to tell it. Then, we began asking questions instead — questions that opened up their world, not just to us, but to them.

Everyone is already telling themselves a story about who they are and what it all means. Instead of ignoring those ideas, we identify them. We acknowledge they matter, and we help write the stories heard inside — to grow in how we connect with ourselves and others.
